Terms and conditions for State of DeFi Survey 2024
For a chance to win any of the prizes listed below, participants of the State of DeFi 2023 Survey need to have submitted their completed Survey by January 31st 00:00 UTC.
Any user meeting this eligibility requirement will automatically be considered for a chance to win any of the prizes listed below.
Prizes
DAI prizes: We will select two winners, to receive 1000 and 500 DAI respectively, who we believe have provided the most thoughtful and insightful responses to the Survey questions. This selection will be at our sole and absolute discretion, exercising our professional and reasonable judgment. Our decision will be final and we are under no obligation to communicate the reasons for our decision.
Merch and swag raffle: Other Survey participants whose completed Survey responses we believe, in our sole and absolute discretion, to be of high quality will automatically be entered into a draw for merchandise and swag from Oasis.app and selected partners.
Winners will be contacted through the contact details they provided in their Survey response. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you and deliver your prize. We cannot be held responsible if your contact details, wallet details (in case of DAI prizes) or physical address details (in case of Merch and swag prizes) are incorrect, incomplete or outdated. If you did not provide us with your contact details in your Survey response, we cannot send you your prize. In that case we may decide to select another Survey participant as a winner. DAI prizes will be dropped at the end of Q1. Merch and swag prizes will be sent at the end of Q1 to the respective winners. Prize delivery is dependent on you providing us in a timely manner with the details required for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to prizes after we have sent them.
The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes related to the Prize Draw will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
